WikiLeaks threatens to sue CNN after ‘pedophile’ charge repeated on air

WASHINGTON 

The anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks on Wednesday threatened to sue CNN over unproven allegations that its founder is a pedophile, an accusation that a former CIA deputy director repeated on air.

“We have issued instructions to sue CNN for defamation,” WikiLeaks said in a Tweet, unless the Atlanta-based network airs within 48 hours “a one-hour expose of the plot.”

Donald Trump’s media summit was a ‘f−−−ing firing squad’

Donald Trump scolded media big shots during an off-the-record Trump Tower sitdown on Monday, sources told The Post.

“It was like a f−−−ing firing squad,” one source said of the encounter.

“Trump started with [CNN chief] Jeff Zucker and said, ‘I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed,’ ” the source said.

“The meeting was a total disaster. The TV execs and anchors went in there thinking they would be discussing the access they would get to the Trump administration, but instead they got a Trump-style dressing-down,” the source added.

CNN head: Brazile’s reported dealings with Clinton campaign ‘disgusting’

CNN’s president says he has "no tolerance" for the behavior of former contributor Donna Brazile, who reportedly shared debate questions with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. 

“It hurts all of us,” Jeff Zucker said during an editorial meeting on Tuesday, according to The Huffington Post. He also called Brazile’s reported behavior “unethical” and “disgusting.”

Many email systems use a verification system called DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) that shows whether an email has been changed. It uses a key stored on the email server that sent the email, so it can’t be forged.

HillaryClinton.com uses Gmail to handle its mail and uses DKIM. Staffer Jennifer Palmieri, using her HillaryClinton.com email, replied to a Brazile email warning that Brazile was “worried” about Clinton’s ability to answer a question about the death penalty, that she said would be asked at an upcoming debate. She copied Podesta — who also uses Gmail — presumably so that he could encourage Clinton to prepare for the question.

But a check of the DKIM signature by the Daily Caller News Foundation against HillaryClinton.com’s key shows that Palmieri did, in fact, send the exact email to Podesta that WikiLeaks says she did.

Soledad O’Brien Calls Out Media For ‘Normalizing White Supremacy’

Soledad O’Brien isn’t here for the media normalizing white supremacist ideas during this election, and she’s speaking out. 

O’Brien, best known for her “Black in America” series, was a guest on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” on Sunday. During a discussion about how the media has covered Trump vs. Hillary, she pointed out that one of her biggest issues with coverage of the race is how Trump’s white supremacist supporters have been given air time, which in effect legitamizes and normalizes their presence and opinions in political discourse. 

“I’ve seen, on-air, white supremacists being interviewed because they are Trump delegates,” O’Brien told host Brian Stetler. “And they do a five-minute segment, the first minute or so talking about what they believe as white supremacists. So you have normalized that.”

Racketeering Lawsuit Exposing Nationwide Vote Rigging in DNC Primaries Could Derail Clinton

Corte Madera, CA – A major lawsuit is on the precipice of being filed by the Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity, the implications of which could dramatically alter the landscape of the 2016 U.S. presidential race.

The group claims that in about eleven states, there has been noted a significant difference between the exit polls and the electronic vote totals presented on the morning after the primaries. These differences show votes appear to be shifted from Bernie Sanders to Hillary Clinton. Occupy CNN: Protest Breaks out Against the Lack of Sanders Coverage

On Sunday, over 1,000 protesters voiced their anger over CNN's lack of Bernie Sanders coverage at the network's Los Angeles headquarters.

The protest against the "Bernie blackout" comes a week after Sanders took Hawaii, Washington and Alaska by large margins in the primaries on Western Saturday—which CNN significantly downplayed.
